Absolutely. I build my pedal board around the sustain pedal, correctly
positioned to the weighted piano keyboard. Then two controller pedals, one
to each side. Usually these are programmed to be organ swell on the right,
synth volume/effects on the left. Leslie speed switches are on the far left.
That way sitting down I can do organ volume with right foot, speed changes
with left.
