Hammond is certainly well within their rights to conduct the business the way they see fit. Building a better mousetrap would be the better way to handle the situation: make a better sounding roadleslie than Speakeasy, and everybody wins...those that can afford it can have it, and it forces Speakeasy to come up with something better. THATS what made America the superpower it was after the industrial revolution. Of course, building the better mousetrap is what started this in the first place.
