Subject:RE: Roadbox III - Is it too expensive....?

It all seems obvious to me. Steve creates the RBIII that is smaller,
lighter, and louder than HS's new Leslie. In fact, it hit the market 6
months BEFORE HS can deliver their 3300. Plus, the 3300 is heavier, larger,
and instead of using a Leslie tube amp, uses a solid state 300W amp (and I
bet it sounds like its solid state too). Forget about that little tube that
sticks up in the back of the Leslie, it probably is just as effective as
that crappy tube circuit in the XK3. Here comes another gimmick.

But I digress. The point being is that HS needs all the dealers they can
get. And I am sure that Steve sold some HS gear. So why would HS dump
Speakeasy? There can only be one reason.
