Principles. I have to admit, this restraint of trade action, makes me feel uncomfortable with supporting the company, regardless of how good I think a product might be; how a company handles themself bears a great deal on my economic support/loyalty to a company. Jiffy Lube's practice of gouging customers for work they don't do keeps me from supporting them, even at $19.95 for an oil change; Tylenol's handling of their tampering issues on the other hand engenders my support. Regardless of gas prices, I don't buy vehicles from companies that have refused to capitulate to environmental and economic needs of our planet, not to mention ruined entire cities of our country in the name of their golden para....I mean, "bottom line", but do support those who have been making economic vehicles (I have bought 3 Toyota Highlanders over the last few years because they get 25/29...if I could have cost-justified the Hybrid, I would have bought that one; by the time I go to buy a new
vehicle, it will definitely be a hybrid as prices and technology will have lined up).

It's a shame really.

Why would you want to deprive yourself of what quite possibly is going to be
a great piece of gear because of a business decision????
