The thing the Xk1 has the Electro doesn't is a beefier percussion, and reverb/delay.
On the other hand, my Electro is 73, so splits are nice and convenient.
Only about 12lbs difference, so....
OH!!! The keyboard! I like the Electro's bed, but the XK1 has what feels like the same
keybed as the XK2 (definitely NOT the Xk3, which triggered much faster/too easily). I love the XK1 keyboard so....
On the other hand, the electro would match the stage....

reconsider (again) the NordStage....because it was just tweak and
play, immediate gratification. I bit the bullet a couple weeks ago,
and bought a Stage again. This one's a keeper. I've done a lot of
tweaking to get the piano to sound good through my amps, and the
clavinets and rhodes are just to die for. Everything onboard...all
you need at your fingertips...just like a good instrument (say, a
Hammond, the best of the best) should

Sounds like a couple of good choices. You probably wouldn't need to
use the XK1's other sounds. I'm sure the Stage has most/all of the
bugs that 'bugged' me a year or so ago worked out by now, haven't
read/heard a negative peep - so it's at least as perfect as the
Electro! With the Stage's weighted action for all your pianos, and one
of the other boards (I'd have to vote for the Electro since I'm hooked
on tweaking the fx even for the Organ side) you've got a nice plug and
play double rig.
The Stage library miniaturized piano samples for the Electro really
fixed its AcPiano sound for me. I can just take an NE2 to play, but I
do like to have an always 'up' (zero ms delay can't be beat) second
board, either piano or organ, so I can go directly there before the
next beat or play both with alternate hands.
I am tempted to try an XK1 and break my long-standing Hollywood
organist promise: "Nothing Hammond but genuine factory Hammond." There
really was a promise passed around - but I think all the other old
guys in on that are either senile, retired, or may be cheatin'.
