Oh-oh, really? Maybe I should check into that - and
I'm 53! I do them now and, so far, my keyboard
playing does not seem to suffer at all.

Ditto here. I can lift my 55 lb. kayak onto my van no
problem and I can haul my 60 lb. (it's gotta weigh
more than that) S90ES up stairs. Sometimes I have to
struggle a bit, but my exercises help keep me from
dropping things and losing control of them.

Keeping posture correct is a huge thing. It will
serve you well in whatever you do.
