You might want to try a Rane MLM82A.
It's an excellent stereo mixer that has both stereo 1/4" inputs and mono XLR inputs.

I use Rane's SM82A in my rig, as I do not need any mic inputs. I also use Rane gear in my sound company's FOH drive rack systems and have been very happy with their gear. It works great!!
