You would think that this would be easy.. but alas, it is
not. Yesterday I lucked into making my XK3 control my
Motif ES Rack.

Sounds as if you already checked the MIDI transmit
channels. Go back into the MIDI transmit menu and just
start rolling the bank dial up while playing notes.
Eventually you will get some sound out of it. Stop when
you do and that is your setting.

How is that for a scientific solution? I know its crazy
but it worked for me.

Another odd thing... In order to trasmit velocity on the
XLK3, you have to hold down one of the black preset keys
while powering up. Strange...
