Great sounding XK-2. I'm happy to see that keyboarders finally are striking back with that classic killer sound that equals any guitar work in a rock/blues etc. context, BUT after over a decade of being "out of fashion" (roughly mid 1980s to late 1990s) it sounds fresher and more powerful now than ever - in the right hands.

Haven't seen this footage before. Nice classic r'n'b stuff. Check the twin horn leslie arrangement. Love the overdrive. I am unable to get this sort of overdrive directly out of my XK-3 without a real leslie. The drive is either too few or too much where it simply rasps - I guess I'll need an expensive tube preamp to get that warm classic late 60s slow grinding Santana/Steppenwolf -style sound.
