We had a discussion a while back on the Combo Organ group. I can't remember the complete list, but I remember a few examples:

Jon Lord
Ray Charles
Perez Prado
Booker T Jones
The Beatles
Air
Barry Gray (TV theme composer)

A lot of 1960s bubblegum and film music used a Leslie-less Hammond sound which is often mistaken for a combo organ.
