No matter how you slice it, what Steve Hayes has done is raise the bar for all the Leslie/MS/etc products in the market place and that is a good thing for everyone in clone/tonewheel community. Whether or not you buy a Roadbox from SE or not, it for sure is going to make HS and MS take notice and hopefully strive to make there product better.
