Hey Jake,
Sounds like you want to hotrod a Leslie 25 (Orpheus) or 825. Tony has
proved that you can replace the 12" speaker on an Orpheus with a 15".
That's what he started with before the complete makeover to 122 specs
(adding a shelf, horn, crossover, Speakeasy mods, etc.)
One thing that will be different from a standard leslie is the ramp
up time, given the inertia of the bottom drum and no horn. There is a

If the 825 is similar to the 330 motor-wise, it has slow, fast, and
stop.
