Yeah I've heard MS Customer Service is very good. So far my experience
with Music123 has been....average. It's partly my fault for being
careless, but then again, they should've been more clear. I signed up
for their financing plan using their Music123 card. So applied and got
approved, but what I didn't know was that, the screen that told me I
was approved, had my card number and I assume a place to enter my card
number in and start the order process. Well I unknowingly X'ed out of
that and went out my day. 2 days later my order is still waiting for
payment. So I called Music123 and was on hold about 10 minutes or so,
finally got a lady who practically called me stupid for closing out
the window with the vital information. Their website should've been
more clear because I followed the instructions they gave me. It said
(and I quote) "Once your application is approved, your order will be
released for shipment." There was nothing in those instructions about
making sure to enter your card number to begin processing your order.
Fortunately we got everything straightened out over the phone and my
order should ship out this afternoon.
