shoud NOT be compared to a real Leslie. This is a new, and
quite possibly improved sound over the classic Leslie dual
rotor design...

It is true that when playing in a live combo the bottom
rotor bass is masked by the other instruments. Having a
stationary "in your face" bass driver is intriguing...

Like Tony, I gig with a SE preamp into a 2101... It does
lack volume, so I mike it through my SRM450. Not having to
carry an extra 50lbs and having a real tube amplifier
certainly is an inviting possibility....
