The tone. There IS no comparison of the Motion Sound Pro145 and the Speakeasy Mini Leslie. (I've owned a Pro 145, so I know.)

Guess that the big amount could be found in the cost
of not just a preamp with a bare 12AX7 tube but a
complete Leslie-like "all tube" amp as pictured in the
mini leslie site.

On the other hand, IMHO guess that Motion-Sound would
compensate that for those needing SIM features on the
woofer side. That's something present in the MS KBRM
at current price tag of (ref. ZZounds KBRM) $1,079.95
+ Ground S/H of 5.99

Not easy to compare as the pros for both (seems no
cons) are quite different regarding built preferences
and/or sounds to be put thru it.

Any other missing thing to be compared ?

That's a hefty little sum there.
And sadly, a tad over my current budget.
