I'm a blues and rock player mostly. been doing a country band for
two years now, using B3 and piano in the act. The leader loves
having the B in the group. I replace pedal steel and fiddle parts on
cover tunes, and use it quite a bit on the originals. I did B3 for
a Nashville songwriter/performer (Jack Williams) back about 1989-90.
It was his idea to use more organ than piano. B3 was hardly being
used in those days. Now, it is hard to find a country tune without
B3. Reminds me of rock and roll back in the 80's, rediscovering the B
