Adam/Jacques thanks for the thoughts.. I definately think that it's
not a full ranks solo, the 16' drawbar is not all the full. I've
been playing around a little bit this morning... and I think the
setting is more like a 686888001... although I'm just going from
what I recall of the sound. I'm going to fuss with this a little
more tonight, when I can listen to the solo again and compare
different drawbar settings. We'll see how close I can get.. my
original point was that I don't think his sound is simply the result
of a leslie mod.. I think it's a very distinct drawbar setting to
start with, and them maybe some mods or eq/effects.. but I think it
starts with the right drawbar setting and I'd really like to figure
this out.. Thanks Craig
