You must have taken possession of an older (yet still new) CX3. Dude, don't worry about it: the true waterfall keys aren't worth the extra hassle. You've got a great organ with a great keyboard regardless.

Just took ownership of a brand new CX-3 at a great price. After opening
the box I noticed the keys do have a slight lip on them. I was under
the impression all production CX-3's now come with the true waterfall
keyboard without the lip. Is this the case? Or is the change to true
waterfall keys an option offered by Korg for the CX-3 that has to be
done at a service center? All responses are appreciated.
