Subject:Re: Korg CX-3 the Best Vintage Hammond Clone?

I own a CX-3 V2.01 since a few months. Although I can agree with
previous opinions about the feeling and quality of clone sound, I should
notice some wishes, IMHO to be considered really missing features:

- the keyboard feels really "plastics", like a generic cheap synth
- no effect loop (in the '80s model there was one)
- bad saturation: too odd-order harmonics
- no leslie connector

All of those, in respect to the quite high price.
About the sound quality, I agree with you that it could be a must; the
leslie emulation is great, even perhaps it's a bit too chorusing. The
display is big and clearly readable , all controls are in the right
place and MIDI implementation is rich.
