I use the Ashly LX-308B. It has all the features you just mentioned needing, it's amazingly quiet and extremely sturdy, and it's
built right here in the good 'ole USA! They're not the cheapest ($460 new), but Ashly is well known for making high quality gear
that will last forever. You can sometimes find earlier (and much cheaper) versions of this same mixer on eBay - they're worth
seeking out (one just sold for $127). Ebay search tip: try spelling it "Ashley" (add the 'e') - they often get listed incorrectly
spelled.
