In the MIDI menu, mine is set like this:
Template = Seq. Record
MIDI In = Lower/Pedal
MIDI Channel = U-1, L-2, P-3

It works from both manuals and the pedalboard but if I change MIDI In
to In1/In2, only the upper manual info is sent. The upper manual
seems to send on ch. 1, lower on ch. 2 and pedals on ch. 3.
