Hi all,
I've finally decided to make the big leap into a VST-based live rig, and in order to pay for my new system I have to let some of my
toys move on. The big one is my Speakeasy Stereo Classic / Howler Rack Preamp. I never thought I would sell this, and to be honest
I'm still not 100% OK with the idea, but I must sacrifice, and so now it's up on eBay. My Speakeasy is a unique one-of-a-kind unit,
in that it's the original beta version of the Stereo Clonewheel Rack. It's since been upgraded a couple times from it's original
version, and now includes the Howler option, features Gain controls on the rear, and it also has all of it's input & output jacks on
the rear as well. I had this done to easier facilitate permanent cabling in my live rack (that way it could always stay cabled in
and I then used my mixer's inputs for my Clone to plug into). I imagine that Steve Hayes could put some additional inputs on the
front panel if you needed them there instead.
This unit is serial #0001 and even signed by Steve himself, so the new owner will be buying a little piece of history. I love this
preamp, but in my soon-to-be ultra-light live rig, I just can't justify keeping it. More info and links to reviews are on the eBay

Also up for sale is my Oberheim MiniGrand piano module which has very good modeled piano sounds, but when I make the switch to VST
pianos I realistically won't use this enough to justify keeping it. The other piece of gear is a Kawai MX-8SR keyboard / line
mixer, which is also now extra gear I won't need anymore.
