Subject:Blatant Sales Pitch: New Clone Product

Hi All,

I'm now selling vintage-style "half-moon" Leslie switches on the AshbySolutions.com website. They're made of Bakelite, just like the originals, and have all the lettering, except for the Leslie logo. Two varieties were designed specifically for clone use with a real rotating speaker or a Leslie sim. Both assemblies come pre-connected to a cable with a right-angle 1/4" plug on the end, and act pretty much like a sustain or on/off pedal:

- For players who set each preset with different Leslie speed to go along with the registration, there's a version that returns to center when released, like a Pitch Bend Wheel. The center position doesn't select any speed; you have to push it left or right to make changes. From a player's perspective, though, it retains the same motion as the original: push it left for Chorale, right for Tremolo. And it doesn't automatically override the preset.

- For players who prefer the old-school method, there's version with the regular two positions -- basically, a standard half-moon switch with a cable, ready to plug in.
