That's correct... You can only get a 61 note range using 91 tonewheels.

I don't believe that the V5 produces any notes outside the 61-note range
(and 25 notes on the pedals). I know for certain that the V3 did not. For
example, you could not simulate a 32' drawbar on the bottom end by
transposing down an octave, and you couldn't make 88 8800 000 sound like 00
8888 000 by transposing up an octave. All you get is silence.
