just to point out that as far as I recall, there's no way to set the registration of the lower
keyboard from the V5 itself.

When using the presets, the both the lower and upper manuals change . When using the
V5 in drawbar mode, the lower manual is set to a typical left-hand bass type registration, I
believe, along the lines of 838000000.

The Voce midi drawbars made for the V3 will work to control the lower manual settings,
and you can use some other controller or a sequencer to send the cc's that Bruce covered.

The V5 transmits midi on all drawbars (and knobs, too, I think) in case that helps. You can
record moves, as well as do a sys-ex dump to a sequencer.

I don't like to think of such things any more; I jes' like to play!
