They are indeed plug n play, but you can tweak em to your liking too. As for volume, yeah, I used two to get as loud as my Bulldog, but a single will work. Hello Dave plays pretty stinking loud, and I use a pair of Yorkville 300ks, so naturally I wanted a pair of these guys. But one of these is much louder than a Pro3t.

Was it you, T, who posted that a single 2101 wasn't loud enough
onstage? Someone did, so I had that impression. I'd have to agree,
that although I liked them, the Pro-3T's physically have a smaller
horn than a Leslie and did seem to have a smaller sound, which is why
after gettting one, I got another and really cranked 'em up which
worked. The 2101 is MORE of a Hammond product, eh? ..HS/Leslie for
all purposes being the same company now. Hmm.. don't tell me those
guys are finally going to get me in the end, LOL!

I just might try one. At first look I don't quite get the small
centimeter speakers and tweeters on the boxes, though the horn looks
like a big fat Leslie. Do they take a lot of tweaking to get set
right, or are they more plug'n play? Walter j
