The M1 was one of keyboards that did everything fairly well. I played one
for a number of years and I still see it on stages occasionally. Before
that I had the D50, which, in my neck of the woods, was the cats pajamas
following the popularity of the DX-7. If I recall, the M1's Leslie sim
wasn't all that bad - especially for it's era.

before a gig, I had to resort
to my korg M1 built in sounds. Believe it or not theres a leslie sim
in there! I felt the gig went terrible but after the show I received
many compliments on the keyboards. Go figure.
