You can do it yourself if you have the correct equipment....but most
KORG authorized dealers will do the download for free, or a nominal
charge. There are some things that can go wrong during the download
that will require you to buy a new, very expensive computer board for
the CX-3, ...so my advice is take it to a KORG dealer and let them do
the update.
