Just to make sure all bases are covered...
-Set your horn and low rotor volumes to their maximum settings, adjust
your amp settings and such.
-Turning the Amp Tone knob all the way open, will bring the sound more
up front and add alot of depth to the leslie tone. (reference my demo
files in the VK_Corral J's VK8m mp3 test)
-Use your expression pedal directly with the 8M, as opposed to the
controller (in your case Triton) I think I tried it once with my LE,
and it seemed to act different-but then again I didn't check everything
in there that much.
-add +1 to Mid EQ, gives a nice pleasant midrange boost, without losing
the rest of your tone.

Let me know if any of these ideas worked for you.
With my custom settings, my output is hot enough for me.
