Subject:Re: Module Question Again/MS Pro3T comments

For once, my wait and see approach to gear seems to have benefited me.
I got the V3 used, years ago when VOCE was pre-DL Strings, picked up
the drawbars later and then took the plunge with the MS Pro 3Tm and Lo
Pro two years ago. That was just before the MS 145 came out. All this
chat about the XK3 was getting to me, sight unseen, but I value the
CWSG commentary highly. i almost took myself to a Saturday morning
music store location to preview a Clone. I already have a clone that
does what I need.

Now I find out that with tweaking and familiarization during playing, I
am getting a pretty good sound. Especially when I dug into the Lo Pro
and saw the insides and saw the drum spinning inside. I began to think
that I would continue to work with this gear. And then I realized that
my final tweak (for now) was the discovery that I only had the Lo Pro
volume at half way. Turned it up and Whoa...Beefy...Meaty...was the
guitar players word unsolicited. So I am set for a little while
longer. My advice to you is to Keep watching the auctions for the Lo
Pro and the VOCE drawbars do come up occasionally. So I dance with the
one that brought me. :-)
