My problem (one of them-grin) is that out here where
I live in the boonies, it's really hard to demo stuff
like the Barbetta. I have heard a lot about them,
and they are pricey, but I have never actually heard
one.

I would love to have ONE amp set up behind me that
shoots at my head (as NORM! said, I don't have ears
in my ankles!) so that I can monitor myself and leave it
to our sound guys to put me in the FOH and the other player's
monitors. That way everybody gets what they want, and our
sax/flute player that ends up in front of me gets off
my ass about my volume, etc ....it really
looks like using one JBL Eon G2 might just be the ticket!
I guess I could find a vendor that has a good return
policy and buy one to try out!
