Cool, all these years I thought it was the cabinet size that was the
difference between a 122 and a 142. There is a difference between the
amps also when it comes to tone on the 122/142 versus the 147/145. The
147/145 amp has a brighter tone, the 122/142 has better low end and not
so bright besides the differences in AC/DC control for the motors.
