Subject:RE: Newbie Questions

I had Excellent results with Same Day Music(apparently a web based store) on
a unit that was delivered with shipping damage TWICE.
They replaced the first unit, and the second unit also arrived after a very
rough ride.
Ther paid ALL shipping, allowed me to select which unit (if any) I would
keep, and knocked some dollars of for the damage.
The second unit wasn't "that" bad, so I kept it.
Full warranty still applies.
Anyway, I'm pleased, but I would never take advantage of a company that
treated me that good.
