That would be less expensive. As an experiment, I ran the output of
an XM-1 into the effects return of the XK-3 to try the split V/C. It
sounded pretty good. I also used the drawbar module to control the XK-
3's lower manual drawbars. I sold the XM-1 to help fund the purchase
of the XK-3's lower manual.
