Thanks, but this is the same manual and instructions I tried to follow. The
problem I'm having is that the "Init Prog" option no longer appears on my
Global screen and I believe it is due to the upgrade to V2 software.

Go to www.korg.com and check out the online manual for the CX-3. On
page 16 there are directions on restoring programs to the original
factory settings.
