Hey Bill, thanks for your reply.

I spoke with Gregg about 2 years ago and asked him about that sound
on their first album and he told me the same you are saying: beat up
Hammond and Leslie, no servicing at all.

You are right, that same sound will be impossible to reproduce
because of the nature of each specific organ and Leslie.

What I feel when I pull out all the drawbars and get the sim full
throttle the sound is not there, it lacks, how can I put this...soul?

I don't know if adding a PRO-3Tm to the KT80 will, somehow, will
make me smile.

On solos, I'm pretty happy with the sound I got from say 888000000
on the last octave.

And as yourself, Gregg has been my inspiration since 1968 and the
one who is still getting me nuts about playing and organ on the 21st
century.
