Subject:Doepfer d3m organ keyboard

Hi,

just got this board from Doepfer and it's quite good. I use it as
2nd manual for my Nord Electro 61.

The action is great, in fact it's better to play than my Electro. I
haven't opened it but it looks like being the same Fatar keybed as
the one on the Electro, maybe they use slightly stronger springs.

It's lightweight though it's built in a robust silver sheetmetal
case.

The one thing I don't like are the buttons, they look cheap and
sometimes get stuck.

The board doesn't have a power switch and programming it is a bit
strange.

I was surprised that the Electro's piano sounds are much louder when
played on the d3m, so it must have different velocity settings.

Anyway, a good buy for 300 EUR and I hope they will come out with
wooden sidepanels as promised on their website.....
