Subject:Question for anyone who bought a XK-3 recently.


I have purchased an Xk-3 a while ago from Guitar center and have had
to take it back several times because of either poor construction or
the damn box was opened and the board used before i got it. With the
recent returns I found two planks of thin plywood and loos blocks of
foam; as to where the earlier returns had no wood or loose foam. Is
loose wood on the sides of the box and loose foam something that
Hammond started adding to closed box or do you think guitar center
placed those in there after refurbishment and reseal. If I get
another previously opened box I'm gunna scream.
