It is great that it is all working out. I used to have to
occasionally help with my former company's technical hot line
(copier repair) it was amazing how often I would spend half an hour
trying to help a guy fix a dead machine because I didn't think to
ask "Are you sure it is plugged in?". Or he was too embarrassed to
say no and go check.
