I'm using the Presonus BlueTUBE.

These can be found all over eBay for under $100, and probably even less now that Presonus has a new updated version called a
BlueTUBE DP. I don't use it so much for warmth as I use it to boost the gain without adding a lot of noise, which it's really good
at. For the money, I think it's hard to beat and it's only 1/2 a rack unit.
Speaking of 'BlueTubes', before the Speakeasy came out and we were all experimenting with the different tube preamps that were
available at the time, I was using the "other" Blue Tube, a Tube Works / B.K. Butler 'Blue Tube II' rack stereo preamp, which in
hindsight I'm kinda sorry I sold because it was a kick ass instrument tube preamp and they're getting scarce these days.
