The answer is in the manual. I had the same problem but got it to work
after some help from the list. Some time ago. Do we have archives? Try
that. Sorry for not having the correct answer for you but it will work.
ALSO, I went to the GC and messed with their floor model and it was set up
correctly so I figured the rest out from there..
