Subject:B3 type case

Hi all,

Check the B3/C3 style XK system wich I stumbled across a few days ago. I actually was speaking about it also in my prervious post.

II only saw it available in the US and the end product might be expensive and heavy, but it certainly looks much better than the XK-3 on top of the XLK-3 lower manual and the aluminum stand which is very portable and rather affordable but it looks neither modern nor vintage, especially on stage. It's kind of 'squad' and the 'silver'-colored aluminim stand really ruins the look IMHO. If I have to buy that system, I'll paint the stand in a matching brown. Please consider that the above is my personal opinion only.

Here are some URL's to the B3/C3 style system:

Here is the system including 'legs' and matching bank (now we're talking):

Anyone know if this is available in Europe? I will call Hammond Germany, since I go there for holidays, right after Christmas and ask if they can get it - it is not in their actual price list (I am sure shipping costs and additional customs/taxes would amount to 'astronomical' prices if I order from the US).

As always: any input/comment/idea highly appreciated

All the best,
Chris
