Why not keep the leslie in your rig and just add a PA speaker for non-
organ sounds? I just put a single monitor wedge on top of my leslie:

Organ: Leslie 145 (driven by SE classic pre)
Wurlitzer EP + Synth + Samples: Behringer mixer->Stewart PA200 running
bridged mono->Yamaha 12" cab.

I didn't spend much on the PA rig:
$40 mixer
$125 used power amp
$100 used PA speaker
