You mention you have the Rotary outputs of the 2101 going to another
amp. Do you mean the L & R rotary outputs or the Left Rotary and Left
Stationary/Rotary Bass outputs. If you mean the former, you are not
sending anything below 125Hz to the other amp.

The procedure I came up with for balancing the three volumes - horn,
low rotor and bass is described here:
