Subject:Dumb Leslie 2101 ?s

Okay, if anyone feels kind enough to explain: I'm looking and reading
the stuff that's available online about the Leslie 2101, minus lower
unit. I'm interested but I can't quite figure out just what it does
with the tweeters and little mini-woofers. From an other-than XK3 clone
output, I assume you could get the works, although probably having to
pay a lot extra, to plug your clone's mono (only?) output in. But then
does the 2101 also have inputs for pianos and synths? The ads say
rotary this and stationary that but without really explaining what each
specifically does = can't nail it down exactly with no manual
available. If your pianos and synths go into the stationary woofers and
tweeters too, how are those little speakers going to handle them versus
your usual non-organ amp setup? And if the 2101 woofers/tweeters do
handle your piano and synth sounds, what happens to the organ sound at
the same time - are they mutually exclusive, or do they just blend
together into those little speakers, with the organ sound also going to
the horn? Looking over the darn thing and reading about it gives me a
headache = simplified explanation of all features would be a dose of
