I actually just sold a Pro3T/LowPro combo because I felt it didn't do
that much for me, expecially the low end.
See, what I'm missing is not the rotation sound, it's that nice round
leslie tone.

yeah, that's what I was thinking of doing, although it's awfully
expensive here.
Does it have to be connected to a bass amp, or can it handle highs
and mids throught the built in 5'' speakers and just send the stuff
below 120hz to a small subwoofer? I play low-medium volume jazz gigs
where I'm walking left hand bass.
Now I'm using an SWR Basic Black (15'' woofer+tweeter, tube preamp),
and a small Hughes+Kettner floor monitor (for stereo) which sounds ok
but I would like to use something smaller (and this friday I just
broke the three prong powercord connection).
The thing is that every time I have to carry everything back home
(the wedge stays in the car), it's just such a pain, since I gig
three/four nights a week (but it's mostly jazz piano gigs).
I think that my problem is that I just picked up organ recently, so
I'm realizing now that playing my Vk77 is exactly like playing a
digital piano, a compromise.
But some clubs have a piano, and NO clubs here have a B3/leslie.
Sorry for the rant, but that C3/122 in the store just floored me and
I really want to get close to it without braking my back.
