Subject:Leslie 2101 Brake

I noticed that when I applied the brake on the Leslie 2101 that the top horn
would stop, but the bottom sim would slowly "turn". It sounds like a very
slow phase shifter. I called Hammond US and the tech told me that the
parameter for the slow horn speed is 0-100 and the low rotor is 01-100.

Apparently it is impossible to brake the low rotor. Very strange....
