Subject:Re: invisible stands
I use my Z stand with an 80 pound keyboard (88 keys and piano action).
It's stable but it took a while to get comfortable with the stand
itself- it looks weak and flimsy but a friend did a handstand off the
top and he weighs 180 pounds. I wouldn't recommend using it for a
Hammond cut-down, K2500, or Korg T1, but for just about anything else
it's great. The stand is only a single tier and I wouldn't want to try
to fabricate tier arms for a second level, the design nature of the
stand won't allow it.
