I saw this on ebay and emailed the "doctor". Got one reply and no follow up.
I know a guy in San Diego who bought one from him expecting to get the mini
Leslie in time for a trip to Mexico. It took a whole month before he got his
Leslie and had to bug the guy to finish it. He missed his planned road trip to
Mexico with the mini Leslie. He also had to return the top motor for some
problems. I've included a pic of Dave's Mini spin doctor Leslie next to his 145. If
you don't get it through AOL, email me and I'll upload pics from a yahoo
account.
Dave told me the leslie sounds good like his 145, but the organ doctor needed
some business etiquette. We both had some misgivings about the doctor's
business sense. I still have the ebay pages in memory in my laptop of him standing
on his mini Leslie. It uses a 12" woofer but we don't know where the doctor
got the wood rotor. The one pictured on the ebay page had a foam rotor. Dave
lucked out. According to the ebay page listed as Leslie 122 147 Speaker Portable
Item # 890260639 dated July, 2002 the unit was going for buy it now $1,195 and
I think it included the amp of your choice. It has a pop-up handle and is the
same height as a B3 bench so the maker claims so you can sit on it at your B
or clone.
