I can make the drawbars work for the casio independent of XK by
pressing the lower "drawbar select" so I know XK understands Casio's
the LM. XK just doesn't listen to me when I insruct it to raise LM one
octave as per instructions on p33 of the Quick Features Guide, "Lower
Manual Octave."
